GTK2 based Oracle interface.
GTKO is an Oracle development and testing tool written in C with the GTK and the native Oracle OCI libraries. It features a full schema browser, SQL syntax highlighting, query plan (explain plan) viewer, statement tracing facility, object creation statement generator, and more.
Requirements
This application requires GTK+ version 2.6.x.
Other dependencies include: - Oracle 9, 10, or 11 client libraries, Oracle Instant Client will work.
- GTK >= 2.6 minimum
- [Optional] GTK >= 2.10 enables notebook tab reordering, GtkStatusIcon in system tray, and the 'treelines' attribute in the query explain plan tree
- [Optional] if the GtkSourceView library is installed it will be used as the SQL editor widget
- [Optional] with linux kernel 2.6.13 or greater and inotify support enabled, external editors (of your choice) can save directly to the GTKO query textview |
