Multi-Protocol Instant Messenger
Galaxium is an instant messenger application
designed for the GNOME desktop. It will allow you to connect to MSN, Jabber, GTalk and IRC (and Yahoo, AIM and ICQ in the future) through the use of addins. You can communicate with your family, friends and co-workers from around the world, using different networks!
Galaxium was originally started in 2003 by Adam Peck and Philippe Durand, students of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Now it is actively being worked on by Philippe Durand, Ben Motmans and Paul Burton.

The version is only available from subversion at this time. It is a development version and is NOT STABLE. There are significant debugging logs being displayed and can be useful for determining the problems that arise. If you want to help us fix these bugs, please send us the output logs while running galaxium in a command console. This is meant as a preview only.
