Create Splashy Themes
Splashy Creator lets you create splashy themes.
After you setup all options press "Create Theme" and it will be created at ~/Desktop/SC/(name)
This is the first public release, it might not work properly.
nstallation:
grab the tarball and run ./configure and then make install

Requirements
This application requires GTK+ version 2.8.x.
Other dependencies include:
sed, pygtk2 2.4+, pyglade2 2.4+, python 2.4+
