X Tile |
| version 1.3 |
| About X Tile |
X-tile is a gnome applet for your panel (or optionally a standalone application) that allows you to select a number of windows and tile them in different ways.
This is especially useful for comparing products in separate web pages, or for programmers refering to documentation as they are programming.
TODO: better functionality with compiz running... actually we found that the option "only current workspace" sometimes doesn't work properly with compiz running
Requirements
This application requires GTK+ version 2.10.x.
Other dependencies include: python-gtk2, python-gnome2, python-psutil |
| Latest Version: 1.3 |
• added a blacklist filter where it's possible to insert windows that we never want to be shown in the list (added the dependency from the module python-psutil)
• enabled the control of the toolbar icons size through menu item "view"
• fixed bug: sometimes the x-tile window position failed to be restored
• fixed bug: exit after tile did not work in quad tile
